This made me realise that there were no committers meetup scheduled at all (or at least there weren't anything I am aware of). Otherwise, I'll try to summarise my snarky comments into something constructive, but that won't be from a committer perspective.

I would like to have a further discussion on the usage of the discretionary budget of BAC (and TAC perhaps). From a committer's perspective, I think we could turn part of the budget into a bounty pool, to have more external resources helping us review the PRs. Especially for the PRs in the realms that the current committers are not familiar with (e.g. RISC-V assembly language).

I wonder if some funds could be used to provide committers that do not have it, access to AI tools of their choice, so they can use assisitve technology for PR reviews, etc...
