Input for July BAC meetings

The June Corporation BAC was cancelled due to lack of community input. Without community input the BACs aren't able to function as intended.

Looking forward to the July meeting, I'll be raising whatever input is provided here. That input will help shape BAC advice and guide the OpenSSL roadmap. So please post your thoughts and ideas. Are there any pain points that could be addressed? Do you have items you'd like to see in the library? Does anything about the project work or not? Feel free to include brain farts and nebulous suggestions.

Without your input, BACs are going to fail and the project will meander along as it has been.

And remember no input is bad input. Everything will be considered as input both BACs.

As an external committer, I believe this could be something that might be of interest for other committers as well: @Pauli do you think we should arrange a poll or something? Or could you just bring it up at the next BAC meeting as a discussion point for the Corporation to consider?
