Hi everyone,

Welcome and thank you for trusting me as your representative of the Distribution community in the Business Advisory Committee (BAC).

We had our first BAC kick-off meeting last Monday and it was a very nice one where Anton and Tim explained us their vision of how BAC should work but also entrusted BAC with a lot of freedom.

I'd like to get in touch with all of you, to understand what are the needs of distributions and how I could advocate for us in BAC and the OpenSSL project. We should use this discussion forum to keep everything open and transparent; however, if there's any preference to set up open mailing list, or let's say Signal/Matrix group for faster reaction times, let me know.

What would be very helpful is if you could respond to this thread and introduce yourselves to the community. Thank you!

I hope to make FOSDEM this year, so if you'd like to, we can even meet in person soon!
