Evaluation of the conference applications
Do we have any guidelines for evaluation of the applications? How many of them should be approved?
I've looked through some titles. For me as a technical guy any FIPS-related context would be not of much interest and I would put them some neutral evaluation or probably worth combining to a panel format. The same concerns are about AI which is a hot topic but I don't think it's applicable in crypto area. I also see an application that could be combined with my own application if an author agrees etc.
Having some sort of guidelines would be useful.

I agree with Dmitry; without some guidelines, I can estimate the topics only by considering whether they might be interesting to me, but that is definitely not what we need. I have no idea how to evaluate the quality of proposals based only on these short descriptions. What are our criteria?
