@Anton Arapov In the future I should be able to make the mornings work.

Nicola Tuveri Mon 2 Jun 2025 8:34AM
I voted, in my case all time slots are equally suitable for a recurring monthly meeting: I used yellow just to mark that I have a preference for collating my meetings on Tuesday or Monday.
I just note that for the first meeting, that week is a bit problematic for me (and I suspect other representatives) because it overlaps with DevConf in Brno.
Dmitry Belyavsky Mon 2 Jun 2025 9:39AM
+1. I also have quite a busy week...

Anton Arapov Mon 2 Jun 2025 9:50AM
@Dmitry Belyavsky Please make your choice in the poll; the day of the week and the time are now more important than the specific date.
Shane Lontis Tue 3 Jun 2025 2:28AM
Meeting item: I would like some clarity around the difference between the groups for TAC for corporation and foundation. At least for committers there may be some confusing overlaps.

Paul Yang Mon 9 Jun 2025 4:09AM
Any update on the date of the first kick-off meeting?

Anton Arapov Mon 9 Jun 2025 1:35PM
@Paul Yang , I've just sent an invite.
Craig Lorentzen Mon 16 Jun 2025 5:44PM
apologies for missing this I just finished the first half of my parental leave today, so should be ready to vote and engage on the next meeting.

I’d like this to be a recurring monthly call for the TAC group. Based on our time zones, we have a reliable overlap between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM UTC.
To make this work for everyone, and avoid splitting into separate calls, I’d like to propose a start time of either 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM UTC.
I realize this makes it an early start for Craig and a late evening for Tim and Shane, so I’d like to confirm if this schedule is workable on your end. If not, we can consider rotating time slots to share the load more evenly.
