Extending Corp BAC mandate

Hi Community!

On Monday's BAC call, the OpenSSL Corporation leadership proposed extension of the current BAC term until April 2026.

• Conflict with the OpenSSL Conference - it will take resources of the whole team to organise elections, we also believe we could present what BAC does to attract more community talent to join BAC, we don't plan to be dictators for life and it's good when community bodies have diverse representation.

• Slower start of BAC, it took some time to understand how BACs could serve their communities (we're not yet there but let's change it!).

• Alignment of BAC and TAC elections?
