Monthly TAC Call: Scheduled at 12:00 - 13:00 UTC
Dear TAC members,
I’ve scheduled our monthly TAC call for the same time slot we used for the kickoff call, from 12:00 to 13:00 UTC.
This will be our recurring forum for TAC members and the OpenSSL Corporation Board to meet. The agenda is open, so you are welcome to bring forward discussion points, share insights, and provide feedback directly to the Board. It's a key opportunity to advise on technical matters and contribute to the direction of the OpenSSL Library.
Looking forward to seeing you there. Feel free to suggest agenda topics in this thread.
Best,
Anton

The following may also want to be addressed:
https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/28069
https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/28076
There is a suggestion that a "TAC hold" label be introduced.

https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/18588 could also be discussed.

Unfortunately I received the meeting invite, per my work email, after the meeting time...

@crlorent What do you mean? I sent the invite on September 1, if I remember correctly. And you answered with a concern that the next meeting date coincides with the U.S. holiday, Columbus Day. So, you should have received the invite in advance...
Starting today, the TAC call will be held on the second Monday of each month. We have yet to determine if we need a meeting on October 13th. The TAC group will decide during the meetings before the OpenSSL Conference. If we decide to have one, we might consider shifting it by a day to avoid conflicting with the holiday.

@Anton Arapov Perhaps with my company migration to M365 it got lost, but the first time I saw the invite my email client says 9:16 my time today and the event is 8:00-9:00. I only saw the October 13th invite.
For the next meeting I would like it to move a week earlier to October 6th I will be out of office October 13-November 2nd.

Both weeks are quite packed for me. From October 13–19, I’ll be attending ACM CCS 2025 in Taipei, with a possible presentation on the 14th. On the 20th, I’ll be traveling to Singapore and will be engaged with the GovWare event until the 23rd.
