Call for Submissions: the Next-Generation Commercial Cryptographic Algorithm Program started

As I propagated in my session on the OpenSSL Conference 2025, a newly formed Chinese standard organization called Institute of Commercial Cryptography Standards (ICCS) has launched a program (NGCC) in Feb 2025 to collect new cryptography algorithms that are quantum resistant. Now it's able for researchers and cryptographers to submit their proposals to ICCS, for public key algorithms and cryptographic hash functions. You can find detailed information about the algorithm submission at:
