Proposal: Extend OpenSSL Business Advisory Committee Term

Hello all,
At today's Corporation Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting, we discussed extending the current BAC members' terms to align with the next Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) election cycle in April 2026. Other reasons include:
The BAC experienced a slower-than-anticipated startup phase, limiting initial progress
Current workload demands require continuity to maintain momentum on key initiatives
The upcoming OpenSSL Conference presents critical engagement opportunities that would benefit from a stable committee composition
Synchronising BAC and TAC election cycles will streamline governance processes and improve coordination between committees.
This extension should allow the BAC to effectively deliver on its mandate while establishing a more efficient electoral timeline as we advance.
We welcome community feedback on this proposal.

@Jon Ericson Yes, I did not anticipate what was required when I was first elected. So it took me a few months to find my feet, understand the role, and commence outreach and facilitate community discussion.
