Foundation TAC kickoff meeting and agenda

Based on this poll, I've sent out an invitation for June 18 at 19:00 UTC. Unfortunately that time is not great for @aditya. But in the future we will rotate times.

Please add agenda items in comments below.

At the least, we will discuss how this TAC will operate in the future.

We will be inviting the Foundation TAC to be a part of the program committee for the OpenSSL Conference. You might receive an invitation from pretalx.com, which is the service the conference is using to track speaker submissions. I'll explain more when we meet.
