June 2025 meeting time and agenda

Based on the poll it looks like the best time for BAC members is 24 June at 8pm UTC. I'm sending an invite.

I'd like to add one more agenda item.
https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/27728 is a draft patch that allows using hybrid ML-KEM stuff with old (pre-3.5) FIPS providers. Being certified, these providers are widely in use, and an opportunity to use hybrid mode is worth discussing
