Dear colleagues, mostly from the Corporation!

It would be great to get the agenda for the upcoming meeting in some reasonable advance

Here are some topics I'm prepared to lead discussion on, as the Academic rep

  1. grant writing (collaborative applications under review; solicitations in the pipeline)

  2. education activities (how the FOSS security course went; capstones; internship opportunities)

  3. research activities (dissemination at USENIX / WOOT in Baltimore; paper ideas)

I've got two things, the one I brought up previously about the process for moving other crypto projects into the OpenSSL project in the future, and something that's come up yet again quite recently, dealing with governance/supply-chain security checklists that assume you're a large corporation which are totally incompatible with any kind of open-source project. It would be good to have a unified-front open-source-compatible approach to this rather than each project having to reinvent the wheel each time it comes up.
