Announcing vulnerabilities on a US Federal holiday

The "[oss-security] CVE-2024-13176: OpenSSL: Timing side-channel in ECDSA signature computation" security advisory was published today.
Today is also a federal US holiday, which is widely observed in the US. It would be appreciated if security vulnerability publications would avoid https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_holidays_in_the_United_States#List_of_federal_holidays whenever possible.
There are various ical feeds that list these, and I can provide some URLs to that effect - or one can also find these in all major productivity suites and online.
Thank you.
